Additional Support for BETEX 2008

The Minister of Tourism, Hon. Manuel Heredia Jr., and the Belize Tourism Board has shown tremendous support for this year's event, and this week presented another check for $25,000 resulting in an unprecedented total sponsorship value of $75,000 for BETEX.

BTB has also confirmed full sponsorship of the Welcome Night on July 30 and will host a media group during BETEX. Other areas of support include the provision of Belize information packets for all delegates, security support through partnership with the TPU in the destinations, and the promotion of BETEX 08 in local and international media.
