Belize Showcased at Bridal Extravaganza Show

The Belize Tourism Board attended the 24th Bi-Annual Bridal Extravaganza Show which was held in Downtown Houston, Texas on Saturday, July 19th and Sunday, July 20th. Two halls of the George R. Brown Convention Center were decorated into various dream fantasy wedding themes.

The Show was a spectacular one, with more than 500 companies showcased in 700 displays and was attended by over 5,000 brides and grooms during the two-day event. There were a variety of attractions, from creative designers, florists, cake artists, wedding planners, gown designers, accessory designers, reception facilities, photographers and videographers. No matter the type or style of wedding, there were many options for a bride-to-be to choose from that were truly unique and astonishing; beautiful elements to make a wedding day as memorable as the day she said, "yes" to the big question.

Two Marketing Representatives, along with Mr. Einer Gomez, a BTB board member represented the Belize Tourism Board at the show. The booth showcased our beautiful country with magnificent posters of weddings in Belize, two popular posters were highlighted which included an image of a newly wedded couple near a waterfall and the other depicting an alternative wedding with the bride and groom jumping into the tranquil sea in their wedding attire. Materials given at the show included Destination Belize Magazine, Illustrated Maps of Belize, and Belize Wedding Brochure.
