BTB Launches New Belize Video In HD

A picture is worth a thousand words, and Belize is doing its best to capture the attention of potential visitors and travel partners with a new 17-minute Belize promotional video in High Definition.

Officially launched at the 11th Annual Industry Presentation on April 22nd, 2009 at the Best Western Belize Biltmore Plaza, BTB's Director of Marketing & Public Relations, Mrs. Shakira Tsai, did the honors in unveiling this latest marketing production.

Over a soundtrack of captivating music, the enthusiastic Belizean voices of William Neal and Natalie Alamilla entice viewers to Be One with Belize  – Mother Nature's Best Kept Secret. Stunning imagery captures Belize as one of the last unspoiled places on earth, providing a  glimpse into the essence of Belize's natural diversity and rich heritage in four segments:  the reef, the rainforest, the Ancient Maya and, the diverse and friendly cultures that welcome our visitors.

This new Belize video will be shown at tradeshows, sales blitzes, and Caribbean Tourism Organizations (CTO) presentations throughout the United States, Canada and Europe.  It will also be used as an educational tool within Belize to increase awareness of Belize as a premier destination.  The DVD will be shared with travel writers and travel agents eager to help them learn more about Belize and inviting all who see it to discover Belize's secrets.

The Belize video was produced for the Belize Tourism Board by Tony Rath and the team at Naturalight Productions in Dangriga.  The video can be viewed and/or downloaded in low res and high res formats from the BTB’s new website at www.travelbelize.org
