“Registration and License Regulation” Section 5 (1) – No person shall: a) Advertise in any form any premises; b) Use any premises; c) Hold out any premises, for the purpose of the business of a hotel or tourist accommodation unless such premises and the proprietor of such business are registered annually under this Act and a license is obtained by the proprietor from the Registrar in that behalf. Section 5 (3) – Every proprietor of a prospective hotel or tourist accommodation shall, before commencing the construction or development of such prospective hotel or tourist accommodation, apply for and obtain registration from the Registrar for himself and his prospective business. Section 6 (1) – Every application for registration of any premises as a hotel or tourist accommodation – a) shall be made in writing to the Registrar; b) shall be made in such form as may be provided by the Registrar for that purpose; c) shall contain the particulars required by that form; d) shall be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of BZ$25.00; and e) shall be signed by the proprietor or any person duly authorized by the business
