How To Properly Fill Out A Guest Registration Form

1. Name in Full: Name of Guest 
In case of a couple, family or travel group, the representative or head of the group should register.

2. Permanent Address:
refers to the full address in country of residence

3. Nationality:
determined by the valid passport carried by the guest.  Please note that nationality may differ from country of residence, such as a Belizean-American traveling with a Belizean Passport but residing in the United States

4. Number in Party:
The number of guest in the spending party.  For an individual guest, the number of guests is 1, for a couple, 2 for a family the number of the family members, etc.
